Integrations

We connect to what you have instead of building a second one alongside

Your business does not run on a single program, and it should not have to. Here is what elektro.box connects to — and for every item, whether it is available today or only planned.

  1. 01Accounting

Your accounting stays where it is

The chart of accounts is set, the VAT returns run, your fiduciary knows your numbers. A second set of books alongside would not be an improvement, it would be a second version of the truth. We export cleanly across: invoices, payments received, supplier invoices, with the documents attached.

    • bexio

      Available

Push quotes and invoices across, read the payment status back.

    • Abacus

      Planned

Documents and payments as an export into your existing Abacus accounting.

    • Banana

      Planned

An export for the smaller business and for the fiduciary who works with it.

  2. 02Catalogues and wholesalers

The item number is right before the quote goes out

Articles and items come from the catalogues the trade calculates with, and the prices from your own terms. Read in neither and you are retyping numbers — and sooner or later you retype one wrong.

    • Steiger

      Available

Estimating items with their own material factor. The catalogue is uploaded once and is then there in every quote.

    • NPK* and SIA 451

      Available

The structure from the tender, so that your quote answers in the same order.

    • Wholesaler prices

      Available

Price lists from the wholesalers we read today, calculated against your terms. If yours is missing, send us a list.

    • ELDAS

      Planned

The trade's article master data over the REST web service. Access depends on a licence per business; we will work out what that means for you when we talk.

    * NPK: in preparation.

  3. 03Grid operator notifications

The notification system belongs to Brunner Informatik

M2 and ElektroForm have connected installers, grid operators and inspection bodies for more than fifteen years, and your grid operator is hooked up to it. We connect to it rather than build a second one alongside. The route to the grid operator stays the one you know.

    • M2 and ElektroForm

      Planned

Owner, location, meter number, inspection interval and last measurement are ready on the installation — in the form a notification requires.

  4. 04Subsidies

The subsidy file hangs off the same installation

With a PV system, a second file runs alongside the connection application: the one-off feed-in subsidy. It has its own deadlines and its own certificates, and it is rarely kept where the installation is kept.

    • Pronovo

      Planned

The EIV file on the installation, with its deadlines in the same place as all the others. We are finished as soon as Pronovo names a production access we can reach.

  5. 05Communication

What comes in lands on the right dossier

The enquiry arrives by email, the property manager's follow-up by WhatsApp, the appointment sits in the calendar. Connected means, here: it lands on the installation and on the job, instead of in a mailbox only one person sees.

    • Email (SMTP and IMAP)

      Available

Send and receive, with the thread on the dossier instead of in a personal mailbox.

    • Google Workspace

      Available

Mail and calendar from the account you already have.

    • WhatsApp Business

      Available

The customer's message on the dossier, not on the electrician's private phone.

    • Microsoft 365

      Planned

Outlook and calendar, by the same route as Google.

  6. 06Bank

The incoming payment finds its invoice

camt.053 and camt.054 to ISO 20022 are what every Swiss bank supplies. With the QR reference attached, an incoming payment matches itself, and the only thing left open is what is genuinely open.

    • camt.053 and camt.054

      Available

Read in the account statement and the payment advice, match on the QR reference, the rest by hand.

Two words

"Available" means available

Available means: in service today, you can use it in your first week. Planned means: we are building it, and we will not name a date while there is none. A promised date we then miss costs us more than the honest answer that we are not there yet.

If an integration you need is not listed here, ask about it when we talk. You will get one of three answers: it exists, it is planned, or it is not something we will ever do.
