Questions
An office seat is for anyone who runs the business from a desk: the owner, the office, HR, the safety advisor and your fiduciary. They write quotes and invoices, plan the work and see the figures. A field seat is for Monteure and the stockroom: they see their jobs, write Rapporte, record their time and get signatures on site — on the phone, offline too.
Larger firms have more people on site than in the office. A company with 30 Monteure should not pay more to have them all on the app than to keep the old paper Rapport.
No. A field seat cannot send invoices or see margins and controlling. If someone needs that, give them an office seat. You can change a person's role at any time, and the next bill follows.
Upload the apprenticeship contract on the person's profile. The seat is free during the active apprenticeship and is only charged again once it ends. Nothing has to be switched off by hand.
Nothing is deleted. Bereiche the new plan does not include disappear from the menu — and everything in them is still there when you move back.
Yes. Kundenbox connects to this data, but it belongs to its providers. Your company needs its own VSAS subscription to see VSAS prices, its own CRB licence for the full NPK catalogue, an ELDAS licence for the ELDAS article master — we prepare the order for you — and its own Steiger subscription for Steiger calculation. NPK numbers in the tenders you receive work without one.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of any month. Yearly plans run for twelve months and cost less.
Your software price depends on your paid seats. Apprentices with an active apprenticeship and an uploaded contract are free. Onboarding is quoted separately.
