Four ways in
It is the same software behind all four. What differs is the work we use to show it.
Three things that affect every business
Job report, photos, readings, hours and materials are captured where they happen — in the basement, with no signal. They go out the moment there is a connection again. In the browser, no App Store, on the apprentice's own phone.
Measured quantities against the quote, partial and interim invoices, early-payment discounts, warranty retention, QR-bill, camt reconciliation against the bank, reminders. None of it is typed a second time.
Inspection interval, contractor's lien, warranty, permit, subsidy file. The software holds them strictly and speaks up before one runs out — not as a calendar entry.
The difference
A job is finished after two weeks. An electrical installation lives for forty years — it is built, extended, measured, certified and inspected again years later. Somewhere in between a PV system goes on the roof and later a charging point into the garage.
That is the difference between a filing system and a business that knows what is installed at its customers'.
Artificial intelligence
It works differently in two places, and we keep the two apart.
There is no figure for time saved here — we have measured none.
What the AI does hereHonestly
Switzerland
Data held in Switzerland and the EU
A hard requirement with cantonal and municipal clients.
revDSG
The right of access is built in, not bolted on afterwards.
Retention under OR 958f
Ten years for the books, until the next inspection for the certificates.
An auditable chain
Every change hangs in a timestamped chain that can be recalculated.
A quick calculation
Depending on the type of installation, the inspection interval is 1, 3, 5, 10 or 20 years. Know it before the grid operator's letter arrives and the job is yours.
Choose the use — the answer appears here.
Calculated on your device, in whole years. The exact date is on the last Sicherheitsnachweis — that is what the full calculator is for.
We work it through with your numbers — your jobs, your office hours, your rate — and go through one of your own jobs, from the enquiry to the payment landing. You keep the figures, even if you change nothing afterwards.
