The property as a dossier
The property connects its address, the people involved, installations, jobs, reports and documents. The next visit does not start from scratch.

One place for the building — and for the work already done there.
The shared place
A property is the building or site where your business works. It is neither the customer nor the electrical installation. Owners and property managers can change, several installations may stand there, and many jobs accumulate at the same address over the years.
The place: its address, building data, access, parties and everything worth knowing about the building on the next visit.
The technical system in the building, with circuits, readings, certificates and its inspection interval. One property can contain several installations.
A specific piece of work with a start and an end. Every job stays connected to its property long after it has been invoiced.
What elektro.box does with it
You create the building once. Its map, parcel and available public-register data are shown at that address, while duplicate properties at the same address are avoided.
Installations, jobs and reports hang from the property. A job can therefore reuse its address, owner, management and recorded invoice recipient instead of asking for them again.
Access and key instructions, the main distribution board, contacts and earlier work sit where the office and field staff can find them on the next visit — including on a phone.
What you can see
Not every building has every entry. elektro.box shows what your business records, what arises from work at the property and what public sources can match to its address.
Address, property number, building type, map and parcel. They establish which building this is and how to get there.
Owner, property management, client, invoice recipient, site management, tenants, caretaker and other contacts — each with their role at the building.
Where available: EGID and EWID, building class, year built, floors, dwellings and heating, together with the date of the register entry.
Grid operator, existing PV installation, solar potential for roof and facade, ZEV, main distribution board, and notes on alarms and networks.
Installations, jobs, reports and documents at the building, plus files from linked jobs so that plans, photos and records remain findable.
Key instructions, availability, notes and a timeline of changes and work. The knowledge stays with the property instead of with one person.
Where the information comes from
The building dossier grows from three sources. This makes it clear what your business knows, what arose during a visit and what a public register supplies for the address.
Register data is shown only when the address can be matched and the source supplies a value. Your own entries remain distinguishable from it.
In 45 minutes, we will show you how its address, parties, installations and previous work become one dossier.
