Plan Rapporte for the whole crew

Enter the estimate and the crew – you see straight away how long the crew will be on site, and the days on which everyone has time are proposed to you.

A Rapport's «Site visit» card with a 30-hour estimate for the electrician Bruno Keller, Sara Meier and the apprentice Luca Brunner: «30 h ÷ 2½ people = 12 h on site», below it the proposed days marked «all 3 free» and the skipped days with their reason, one of them «vocational school».

Under «Site visit», a Rapport now shows the calculation: 30 hours of work with two electricians and an apprentice, who counts as half, is twelve hours on site. The search finds the next days on which the whole crew is free – appointments, absences, vocational school, public holidays and each person's own calendar are all taken into account. Skipped days are listed with their reason, such as «vocational school». One click books all the days at once.

Everyone in the crew gets the job as an appointment of their own – in their row on Planning, on their phone and in their connected calendar. On Planning, «+2» on an appointment shows who else is going, and «2/3» marks the day of a job that runs over several days. The utilisation no longer counts the lunch break as work.
