Construction phases with a number, Rapport and work progress
Split an order into construction phases such as A-50013.1 – with their own project lead and team, Rapporte created straight from the phase, and an evaluation of hours, material, quote, work progress and open amount per phase.
On an order's «Planning» tab, add the phases under «Construction phases». Each gets its own number such as A-50013.1 and its own project lead, lead technician and team.
«Rapport» creates the Rapport straight from the phase, and the phase is printed on the document. Under «Work» you assign quote positions to the phase and see their work progress: quoted, executed and invoiced.
The «Evaluation per phase» card shows hours, labour and material costs, and the quoted, executed, invoiced and open amounts – for every phase and for the whole order.
