Disposition plans several days, not just one
A proposal now covers a horizon of working days, so the week is no longer reassembled every morning.
A proposal used to cover exactly one day. Planning Thursday meant planning it on Thursday — whatever was already clear on Monday was no help.
A horizon of working days is now planned at once. The first day means what it always did, so existing proposals keep their meaning.
