On site
The app carries on working fully offline. Photos, readings, job reports and status changes are held on the device and go out as soon as there is a connection again.
No button in between. The sync happens while the phone is in your pocket.
For the electrician
Three sentences, that is all it is.
You type nothing twice. What you enter on site is in the office by the evening — without you touching it again there.
You wait for nothing. No progress bar, no "no connection" message, no entry lost along the way.
You never have to wonder whether something was saved. It is saved the moment you enter it.
Anyone used to the opposite has been dealing with software that was built for the office.
What works offline
Not a stripped-down emergency mode, but the same interface as with a connection.
On which device
You open an address and put it on the home screen — after that it looks and starts like an app. No store account, no sign-off from IT, no update anyone forgets.
Watch
A short recording goes here: flight mode on, write the job report, flight mode off, synced.
The recording is still being made. Until then we will show you live when we talk.
And for the office
No slips of paper to be written up on Friday, no photos left on a private phone, no chasing to find out what was actually done on site. What was entered is entered — and it hangs off the installation it belongs to.
If he wants to go back to the paper slip afterwards, we have not done our job.
